CiC Automasters Ltd is the official agent of Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia in Cyprus. CiCAutomasters Ltd was founded in May 2010 and belongs to Cyprus Information Technology Ltd (CiT), which is a subsidiary of Cyprus Import Corporation (CiC), the authorised agent of Mercedes and Smart Cars in Cyprus.
It is reminded that on the 22nd December 2009, CiT proceeded with the takeover of DJ Demades & Sons, the previous official distributor of Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo cars in Cyprus for EUR 8 mln.
As a consequence, the CiC Group has enriched its car brands portfolio. CiC controls about 12% of car sales share (7% from Mercedes and Smarts plus 5% from the Demades acquisition).
