We attended this Exhibition. It is a very informative and very well organised exhibition with touch screens and music.
However, it seems that not many people attend this Exhibition. I would say around 10-20 people attend the Exhibition daily. Although the Exhibition is impressive, the visitors book contain the disappointment and anger of visitors against the Bank of Cyprus. Although the economy is suffering from high inflation and unemployment and the income of consumers is declining, the banks still report abnormal profits.
Please find below some of the visitors comments, as signed on the visitors book:
«Thank you very much. 100 years of taxes & interest & loans».
«No more exploitation».
«110 years of usury».
On the other hand, there are visitors who found the Exhibition to be very useful and informative providing details and pictures in order to present the story of Cyprus. «By gazing into the past, strong foundations can be laid for the future».
